Even on the days we wake up feeling on top of the World, stress can get in the way of us doing our best at work. Statistics show that a large proportion of absence is due to burnout and low moral. Since COVID 19, it has become evermore important to look after both our mental and physical health.

I have worked with a diverse range of companies including Google, Banham Patent Locks Ltd and H&M. I offer both in person and virtual session to accommodate all working models and locations.

I offer a complimentary consultation to understand what kind of session would work best for you. Sessions often combine the modalities I offer.

    Naturally, many people in corporate environments are incredibly busy and would love to come to group sessions but can’t make it. I offer in house 1:1 to accommodate everyone.

  • Flexi Working

    As many people now work from both home and the office, I accommodate offering both in person and online sessions.
