The Practice
Movement as a form of listening.
Breath, rhythm, and return.
Practice, offered quietly.
The practice is breath-led, adaptable, and rooted in classical forms.
The space is held with steadiness and quiet attention — unpressured, non-judgemental and quietly attentive — a space where all bodies, abilities, and experiences are met with care.
In guided movement, I offer subtle progressions and variations, allowing each practice to unfold in its own rhythm. Where welcomed, I use hands-on assists to support a deeper sense of connection and alignment.
The work is both physical and technical, grounded in the principles of the lineages I honour — always returning to breath, awareness, and form. Precision matters — but always in service of presence, not performance.
Sessions unfold with precision and softness — informed by yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and contemplative tradition.
It is a space for rhythm, for form, for return.
