1. Introduction

These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Issi Daniella (“the Practitioner”, “I”, or “me”) regarding all services offered, including private sessions, studio classes, restorative sound, collaborative work, and The Studio (online platform).
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Issi Daniella provides tailored movement and sound-based practices, including private and group sessions, online access to The Studio, and collaborative wellbeing programmes.
Each service is delivered with professional care and designed for educational and wellbeing purposes.

3. Bookings and Payment

All sessions and digital access purchases are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking or purchase.
Once confirmed, your booking or access period will be valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Private Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
  Sessions cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• Sessions within KXU, KX, and ENMEI: Please refer directly to the terms and conditions of those venues.

• The Studio (Online Platform): Access purchases (The Month, The Season, The Year) are non-refundable once activated, but will remain available for the full purchased duration.

5. The Studio (Online Platform)

The Studio provides access to pre-recorded classes and sound sessions via a secure digital platform.
Available access options include:

• The Month — £45 (30 days)

• The Season — £120 (3 months)

• The Year — £380 (12 months)

Access is personal and intended for individual use. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any part of the content without prior written consent.

6. Health and Responsibility

Participation in any session or online class is undertaken at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate and that your environment is safe and suitable for practice.
Issi Daniella is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after participation.
If you have any medical conditions or injuries, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before taking part.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, sound recordings, text, and imagery, is the intellectual property of Issi Daniella.
It may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Any personal information shared in connection with services is treated with respect and confidentiality.
Data is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Issi Daniella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any service or use of online content.

Any changes will be published on the official website, and continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law
